By using Drip AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Who May Use Drip AI

Our service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under that age, you may only use Drip AI with the consent of a parent or guardian. You must not use the service if prohibited by law in your location.

Account & Access

If Drip AI offers user accounts now or in the future, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Beta Features & Changes

Drip AI is under active development. Features, functionality, and availability may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve the service.

AI Output Disclaimer

Results generated by Drip AI are produced by artificial intelligence and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying any outputs before relying on them for any purpose.

User Content & License

If you submit prompts, text, files, images, or feedback to Drip AI, you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Acceptable Use

When using Drip AI, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

Intellectual Property

Drip AI, including the website, user interface, underlying models, and tools, are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly necessary to use the service as intended.

Third-Party Services

Drip AI may integrate or link to third-party APIs, models, services, or websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any third-party terms that may apply.

Subscriptions & Payments

We may offer paid subscription plans, free trials, and recurring billing in the future. If and when we do:

  • All charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout
  • You can cancel subscriptions via your account settings
  • Fees already paid are typically non-refundable except where required by law

Availability & Support

Drip AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may experience downtime, maintenance periods, or service incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Drip AI at any time for any breach of these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

Provisions that should reasonably survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Drip AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of Drip AI
  • Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of £50 or the amounts you paid to us in the last three months

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USMAI ACADEMY LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new effective date at the bottom of this page. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of Drip AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
